If the payment is not made within 12 hours after i respond to the purchase claim, the adopt would be put up on sale again.

Payment is expected to be upfront.

I do holds, but no longer than a week though and i would usually favour a bidder that would pay earlier than the holder.

A clean version (non-watermarked) would only be given once the payment has been made.

I’ll ask you for your email or toyhouse acc in order to send over the adopts to you.

Adopts that are gained through events/trade/raffles (which is free) all have a 2 week cooldown before being handed to another owner!

Please do not sell any of my adopts higher than the price bought unless you added an extra art of the character. (any extra art that comes with it from me when purchased is not counted!)

Please don’t claim any of my design yours even though you bought them and please credit me whenever you do post the character.

You may not resell any of my adopts that you got through trade no matter what.

Trading is allowed.

Gifting is also allowed.

The adopt could only be transferred up to 3 owners and no more since it’ll be hard for me to track them!.

I have all the legal rights to all of my designs, where all of my adopts are fully for non-commercial use and for personal only unless you bought the royalty/rights for it.

You may not claim to be the creator of the design, but only as the owner of the character.

Please don’t buy my adopts just for you to put it up on sale right away, at least add an extra art to it since it’s pretty upsetting to me to see that as a creator.

You must ALWAYS credit me as the creator of the design.

You can change the gender.

Once you’ve bought the adopt, you are free to do anything other than changing the design fully (except clothes, but not to a point where it’s unrecognisable)

You may not turn any of my adopts into a CS (close-species).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MY ART/ADOPTS ARE ALLOWED TO BE TRACED, COPIED OR REFERENCED

For now, I don't charge any additional fee for any commercial use, though if you'd like support me and my designs, the fee would usually be twice the original price bought.

Please inform me first if you ever planned on using any of my designs commercially!

Once you’ve bought the adopt, you are only purchasing the commercial rights to the design ONLY, but not my art.

If you wanted to use my design for commercial use, you could either redraw the design yourself or commission an another artist for a piece that can be used commercially.
